The Hills Have Eyes

If you're looking for something truly gory to go and see, then this is the flick for you. Usually I don't like these types of movies, but I remember watching the original when I was young and it scaring the hell out of me.  The plot is pretty good for a horror movie; a group of people caught in a desert place full of cannibals! Everyone I know has either seen or at least heard of this movie. The story plays out similar to the original, but obviously with a bigger budget and more blood, gore, and violence. (following the trend of disturbing movies such as saw 1 & 2) The actors are pretty much unknown, at least to me, which is pretty common in horror films. But I think they did a good job playing the part.

The type of people that would go see this movie know who they are. If you are looking for anything other than a creepy movie, try out something else. Although I would never choose to see this movie alone, (my date's pick) it was good in the regards that at least it did have a plot. Granted, I did have to cover my eyes and ears a number of times! I would recommend to go check it out.
